I believe that healing and growth flourish through curiosity, connection, and compassion—and these are the very principles that guide my work with you.

My focus is on supporting individuals navigating the complexities of identity, parenting, relationships, and life transitions. I see our work as a partnership; we will collaborate using narrative and solution-focused approaches to help you discover your strengths and desired path forward.

 In every setting—from our private sessions to talks with couples or corporate groups—I offer a warm and engaging presence, creating a space where reflection can naturally lead to real and lasting change.

ABOUT EBONY

 I am a graduate student pursuing my Master of Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). I decided to become a therapist to assist with fighting the negative stigma surrounding  psychotherapy in the Black community. 

 I bring both clinical training and lived experience into my work. Before becoming a therapist, I supported people through crisis and transition, which deeply shaped how I show up in the therapy room. I utilize a narrative therapy lens, helping you reclaim your story, rediscover your voice, and build healthier connections from the inside out.

ABOUT NIGEL  

As a cisgender, biracial man, a part of the queer community, raising six incredible kids who span the spectrum of race, identity, and age, I bring both lived experience and deep commitment to affirming all identities and stories.

Before pursuing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I spent years in professional healthcare, supporting individuals through crises, illnesses, and life's most challenging transitions. That work showed me how profoundly our stress and emotional state can manifest as illness and disharmony, and how healing begins when we expand our coping tools and reclaim our stories.

I utilize a narrative approach to help you navigate life's journey with confidence and wisdom. Whether you're processing grief, navigating polyamory or any complex relationship, supporting aging loved ones, confronting racial trauma, parenting with nontraditional/blended families, moving through major life transitions or professional growth, I'm here to hold space to see you and hear your truth.

When you're ready to rewrite the parts of your story that no longer serve you and step into who you're becoming, I'd be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.

ABOUT SHAUNE

 I identify as an Afro-Latina women who enjoys working with clients, women and children of color who have experienced some form of mental, emotional, physical and sexual abuse.

I’m Dedicated to helping my clients work through past or current experiences that cause feelings of self-doubt, depression, anxiety, and shame. I also specialize in working with children who struggle with school issues that may cause anxiety, low self-esteem and/or suicidal ideation.

Throughout my mental health career, I have gained experience working in crisis management, substance use, domestic violence and severe mental health crises. 

As your therapist, my goal is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and empowered. We will work together in a non-judgmental way to recognize you can achieve fulfillment in your life's journey.

ABOUT RAE

I am a Black-Queer therapist in Houston specializing in all relationship types, family, teens, and LGBTIA+ counseling and therapy services. I graduated in 2017 from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and LGBTQIA+ studies. After graduating, I immediately entered the mental health field assisting youth, adults, and families with various life goals in different sections of their lives. I attended the intensive three-year program at Our Lady of the Lake University where I received my Master’s in psychology.  I have years of experience volunteering with LGBTQIA+ youth to build a better future for them and their families. My training and experience has enhanced my knowledge and approach to working in mental health.
