I identify as an Afro-Latina women who enjoys working with clients, women and children of color who have experienced some form of mental, emotional, physical and sexual abuse.

I’m Dedicated to helping my clients work through past or current experiences that cause feelings of self-doubt, depression, anxiety, and shame. I also specialize in working with children who struggle with school issues that may cause anxiety, low self-esteem and/or suicidal ideation.

I utilize narrative theory, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and attachment theory as the bases for my therapeutic approach. Throughout my mental health career, I have gained experience working in crisis management, substance use, domestic violence and severe mental health crises.

As your therapist, my goal is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and empowered. We will work together in a non-judgmental way to recognize you can achieve fulfillment in your life's journey.

ABOUT EBONY

I am a graduate student pursuing my Master of Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). I decided to become a therapist to assist with fighting the negative stigma surrounding  psychotherapy in the Black community.

I bring both clinical training and lived experience into my work. Before becoming a therapist, I supported people through crisis and transition, which deeply shaped how I show up in the therapy room. I utilize a narrative therapy lens, helping you reclaim your story, rediscover your voice, and build healthier connections from the inside out.

If you’re ready to release the pressure and reconnect with your truth, I’d be honored to walk with you on your healing journey.

ABOUT JADE

I am a wife, daughter, sister, friend, veteran, but first I am human. I am all about holding space and providing a safe environment for others to heal or, simply, speak free of judgment. I believe it is important to have a safe space and team mate to make life flow even when things feel "blah". I am extremely passionate about normalizing and bringing awareness of mental health into the lives of BIPOC and members of underserved communities. Are you tired of feeling unheard? Feeling as if life just won't let up & looking to discover or even rediscover who you are? I know exactly what you are felling. The anxiety and worry are beginning to pile up, your perception of "you" is starting to fade & life is "lifing". Don't get me started on losing site of friends, family, and loved ones. You don't have to do this alone anymore! Let's work together on finding your voice, getting back to self-love, healthy connections, and family.

Much like the Honeybee we are all moving through the world collecting bits of bitters pollen trying to figure out how to turn it into honey. Bee Courageous, let's make honey!
